Our process

Everything would simply stay in place, and we commit a swift turn-around ( within 5-7 bussiness days for Reconstituted Stone, 10-12 bussiness days for Marble, Granite, Porcelain and Dekton) once we receive your quote agreement.

Our start to finish process is based on these following steps:

Contact
Our expert team will consult with you through your design, style, color and material. If you currently have no plan for benchtops making, we are happy and willing to give you plenty of ideas and directions.
Free Quote
We will give you a free quote based on your design, plan and chosen meterial.
Arrangement
Once the quote is accepted, we will order your stone from your choice of stone supplier and consult with cabinet makers, builders and plumbers to schedule a time and date to do measurements, make templates and install your benchtops. For renovations, appliances will need to be disconnected and the old benchtops removed before a new template can be made.
Manufacturing
After having the templates and measurements, we will begin the process of manufacturing your benchtops at our factory.
Installation
Our professional team will come to your property on scheduled time to do installation your benchtops.
Customer satisfaction
Lastly, we will check whether your requirements have been met and you are 100% satisfied with the finished product before leaving.
